Due to our continued growth and success, Cromwell Medical Staffing are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our London/ Central desk, supplying RGNs on an ad-hoc / temporary basis to NHS clients.

Working as part of an international team, this is a fast-paced role that will see you building professional relationships with both your candidates and clients alike.  At Cromwell Medical Staffing, we believe in delivering first-class customer service and are looking for like-minded individuals to join our rapidly growing business.

The responsibilities of the role:

Sourcing new candidates by building a networkScreening and qualifying candidates, ensuring they meet required qualification and compliance standards to further grow your existing database of candidatesManaging a portfolio of candidates, building a strong rapport and developing relationshipsUnderstanding the requirements of your clients, ensuring you provide the service they expectBooking new and existing nurses and handling cancellations from clients and candidates
