We are currently seeking a highly experienced Band 7 Biomedical Scientist with expertise in Haematology and Blood Transfusion to join a reputable trust in Maidstone. 

Role Summary:

As a Band 7 Biomedical Scientist, you will work within a dynamic pathology team, providing essential diagnostic services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing haematology and transfusion testing, interpreting results, and ensuring compliance with UKAS standards. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly advantageous.

Essential Criteria:

• Must be eligible to work in the UK – no visa sponsorship available
• HCPC registration is essential
• Strong background in Haematology and Blood Transfusion (BT), preferably with managerial or team-leading exposure
• Previous NHS experience
