Job Description:
Are you a Band 7 Occupational Therapist ? We’ve got work available in London!
Requirements:
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with right to work in the UK.
- Strong clinical experience in Discharge to Assess (D2A) and Supported Discharge pathways.
- Proven skills in OT assessment and treatment planning within a community setting.
- Previous experience in community-based roles is highly desirable.
- Car driver with access to own vehicle is strongly preferred due to the nature of community visits.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong documentation and time management skills.
