Pay Rate: £35 – £40 per hour
Shifts: Consistent Day and Twilight Shifts

Cromwell Medical Staffing is actively recruiting experienced Band 5 Midwives for ongoing opportunities at Stoke Mandeville Hospital in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive maternity unit, delivering essential care to women and families throughout the childbirth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, high-quality antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
• Support and guide women through labour and birth, ensuring emotional and physical wellbeing
• Work effectively within the multidisciplinary maternity team
• Accurately assess, monitor, and document patient care in line with clinical guidelines
• Educate new parents on newborn care and postnatal recovery

Requirements:

• NMC registration as a Band 5 Registered Midwife
• Minimum 6 months of recent UK midwifery experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work confidently in a hospital maternity setting
• Right to work in the UK
