Cromwell Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Surgical First Assistant across London.
We looking for registered healthcare professionals, such as a nurse or operating department practitioner (ODP), who provides skilled assistance to the operating surgeon during surgical procedures
Requirements:
- Certification: National Surgical Assistant Certification may be required or preferred by some institutions.
- At least 6 months of recent experience in assisting the operating surgeon during surgical procedures
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Must have a valid NMC pin OR HCPC registered
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
