Diversity & Inclusion is something we hold very close to our heart. Being an inclusive company is something that Cromwell Medical prides itself on. It is of extreme importance that every one of our nurses, midwives, colleagues and clients feel safe and visible.
Our Managing Director, Bethany Last, had this to say about Pride Month; “This is the second Pride Month that Cromwell have enjoyed being a part of and each year the support and celebration gets bigger and bigger which is wonderful to see. We are proud to be an inclusive company and thrive on the idea of anyone being able to go into a place of work and be themselves. I think this is key to a happy life. Happy Pride to all who are celebrating!”
To show our support, we have changed our logo on our website and social media feeds, amongst other businesses, to showcase our alliance with the LGBTQ+ community. This will remain not only for June, but for the rest of the Summer.
Our Head of Global Delivery, Anuj Bansal, commented; “Pride for me is inclusion, recognition, and essentially respecting someone’s true self. A workplace where one can feel safe because they are not discriminated by labels can be one of the safest places for anyone to find out what they are really capable of. Pride month is very close to my heart because I am proud to be a part of this pride and a work culture where I can be myself without the fear of being judged because we believe in inclusion, equality and diversity.”
