Cromwell Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Highly Specialist Speech & Language Therapist to lead our Early Years Community Clinics teamin Kent .This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role, make a measurable impact, and support the delivery of high-quality care to children and families.

About the Role
As Team Lead, you will provide clinical leadership, manage a highly specialist caseload, and ensure continued service development. You will work closely with therapists, assistants, families, and professionals to deliver evidence-based interventions for children with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Early Years Community Clinics team, ensuring service excellence.
- Manage complex caseloads and make highly specialist clinical decisions.
- Supervise and mentor therapists and assistants.
- Collaborate with parents, children, and young people to shape care pathways.
- Deliver specialist training to parents, professionals, and community stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge, registration, and adherence to HCPC and RCSLT standards.
- Develop local clinical guidelines informed by the latest evidence.
Essential Requirements:
- HCPC registration.
- RCSLT membership.
- Significant post-qualification experience working with children with SLCN.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
