Band 5 Community Nurse (RGN) – Home First South

Home First South is seeking a dedicated Band 5 Community Nurse (RGN) to join our supportive and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced community or district nurse to make a meaningful impact while working across our localities.

Role Details

• Position: Band 5 Community Nurse – RGN
• Location: Stafford, Cannock, Burton, Burntwood, Tamworth, Seisdon
• Schedule: Sunday to Saturday (flexible across the week)
• Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
• Duration: Approx. 12 weeks
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Requirements

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) – NMC Registered
• Experience in District Nursing and/or Community Nursing
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• A compassionate and patient‑centred approach

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering high‑quality nursing care within the community
• Supporting patients with long‑term conditions, post‑acute needs, wound care, and more
• Coordinating with the broader Home First South team to ensure seamless care
• Contributing to safe, effective, and personalised patient outcomes
