Community Nurse (Band 6) – 2 Positions Available

Location: Hall Court / Severnfields

Hours: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00

Contract: 12‑week assignment

Pay Rate: £25 per hour

Start: ASAP

About the Opportunity

CMH Services at Hall Court are seeking two experienced Band 6 Community Nurses to join the team for an initial 12‑week contract. These roles support essential community mental health services for adults aged 18+.

There are two distinct positions open:

1️ Senior CMHN – Team Support Role

• Supporting wider CMH team functions
• Suitable for nurses with strong clinical leadership or senior community experience

2️ Front Door / Assessment Role

• High‑quality triage and assessments for new referrals
• Ideal for candidates experienced in fast‑paced assessment environments

Key Requirements

• Registered Nurse with relevant Community experience
• Experience working with adults aged 18+
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision‑making skills
