Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated, detail‑oriented Certified Practice Nurse (CPN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will support high‑quality patient care, assist with daily clinical operations, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care following clinical protocols and standards
• Assist with patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and symptoms
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Support scheduling, follow‑up care, and accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain confidential and compliant patient records
• Educate patients and families on health management and post‑treatment care
• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times

Qualifications

• Valid CPN registration or equivalent UK‑recognised nursing qualification
• Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting (preferred)
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Compassionate and professional approach to patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of healthcare legislation, confidentiality, and infection control
• Flexible and able to adapt in a fast‑paced environment
