Cromwell Medical is currently seeking experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our dynamic agency team in Bristol. This is a hands‑on, rewarding role where your clinical expertise and compassion will directly support individuals with mental health needs.

Previous experience working as an RMN within NHS mental health services is essential.

Key Responsibilities – Clinical Care

• Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred mental health care in inpatient and/or community settings
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and risk assessments
• Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans
• Support patients experiencing acute mental health episodes
• Administer and monitor prescribed medication in line with policies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers
• Promote patient safety, dignity, and recovery‑focused care

Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration
• Minimum 6 months clinical experience as an RMN
• (NHS mental health experience desirable)
• Experience working within acute mental health settings
• Up‑to‑date mandatory training (PMVA/MAPA, BLS, Manual Handling, Infection Control)
• Right to work in the UK
