Are you committed to supporting individuals with mental health needs? Cromwell Medical is recruiting skilled Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our agency workforce in Bristol. Prior NHS experience as an RMN is required.

Main Duties – Mental Health Care

• Deliver safe, effective, and recovery‑focused mental health nursing care
• Carry out mental health and risk assessments in line with clinical guidelines
• Plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care and treatment plans
• Support service users during periods of acute mental health distress
• Safely administer medication and monitor therapeutic outcomes
• Keep clear, accurate, and up‑to‑date clinical records
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic care
• Uphold patient dignity, safety, and safeguarding standards

Essential Criteria

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration
• At least 6 months post‑registration experience in mental health settings
• (NHS experience preferred)
• Experience within inpatient or acute mental health services
• Mandatory training in place (PMVA/MAPA, BLS, Manual Handling, Infection Control)
• Legal right to work in the UK
