Are you an experienced Mental Health Nurse looking for flexible agency work in London? Cromwell Medical is seeking dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to support NHS mental health services across London. This is a fulfilling role where your clinical skills, professionalism, and compassion will make a meaningful difference to service users.

Previous NHS mental health experience as an RMN is essential.

Core Responsibilities – Mental Health Nursing

• Deliver safe, effective, and recovery‑focused nursing care to individuals with mental health needs
• Complete mental health assessments and ongoing risk evaluations
• Develop, implement, and review care plans in partnership with service users
• Support patients during periods of acute mental health crisis
• Administer medication safely and monitor patient response
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Promote safeguarding, dignity, and patient wellbeing at all times

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration
• Minimum 6 months post‑registration experience in mental health services
• Experience in inpatient, acute, or community mental health settings
• Mandatory training up to date (PMVA/MAPA, BLS, Manual Handling, Infection Control)
• Legal right to work in the UK
