Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts between 06:30 and 23:00

Job Overview:

Cromwell Medical Stafffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Band 5 Haemodialysis Nurse to join a busy renal service. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse with strong haemodialysis experience to work within a specialist setting, delivering high-quality care to patients receiving renal treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients undergoing haemodialysis treatment
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for renal patients
• Prepare, operate, and monitor dialysis treatment using B. Braun and Fresenius machines
• Monitor patients throughout treatment and respond promptly to any complications or clinical concerns
• Perform venepuncture, cannulation, and manage CVC lines safely and competently
• Ensure accurate documentation of treatment and patient progress
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide high standards of renal care

Essential Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
• Minimum 2 years’ haemodialysis experience
• Previous renal nursing experience
• Strong dialysis experience in a clinical setting
• Competent in venepuncture, cannulation, and CVC line management
• Able to confidently operate B. Braun and Fresenius dialysis machines
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Shift Details:

• Full-time shifts available
• Flexible start and finish times between 06:30 and 23:00
