Overview

Cromwell Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Band 5 ICU Registered Nurses (RGNs) to support critical care services at Southmead Hospital, Bristol. This opportunity offers advance bookings with flexible shift patterns in a dynamic and well-supported ICU environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients within the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient conditions effectively
• Work collaboratively with consultants and the multidisciplinary team
• Manage and operate critical care equipment
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Adhere to all NHS clinical governance and safety standards

Candidate Requirements

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN)
• Minimum 6 months recent NHS ICU experience
• Strong clinical skills in critical care settings
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Up-to-date mandatory training in line with NHS standards
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
