🩺 Role Overview

As an RGN working long day shifts, you will provide compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care across acute hospital settings. You will be an essential part of the clinical team, supporting patients throughout their admission and ensuring excellent standards of care are maintained.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care throughout long day shifts
• Carry out patient assessments and monitor clinical observations
• Administer medications, IV fluids, wound care, and treatments
• Escalate clinical concerns appropriately to senior staff
• Accurately document patient care and clinical outcomes
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

✅ Essential Requirements

• Registered Adult Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in an acute hospital setting (NHS experience preferred)
• Up‑to‑date mandatory training (including BLS, Manual Handling, Infection Control)
• Legal right to work in the UK
