NICU Nurse (Band 5) – Nottingham

Location: Nottingham
Pay Rate: £27 – £34 per hour
Shifts: Day, Night, and Weekend shifts available

Cromwell Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse – Band 5 to join a respected healthcare provider in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality care to neonates in critical condition, while enjoying flexible work options and excellent pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialist nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns
• Monitor and manage vital signs, administer medications, and support ventilated babies
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary neonatal care team
• Offer emotional support and education to families during challenging times
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS standards

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration as a Band 5 Nurse
• At least 6 months of recent experience in a NICU setting
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
