What advice would you like to give yourself as you begin the new year?
Challenges are made to be met head on, and by working hard and with the support of a great team, amazing things can happen.
What brings you the most joy and how are you going to do more of that?
Finding the perfect work/home life balance-I love my job and I love spending time with my children. It’s all about working hard to play hard.
What activities would you like to add to your routine to help you manage your stress in 2022?
Exercise more regularly.
What would you be willing to try outside of your comfort zone to increase your health?
I’m already quite active but I’m hoping that I can find the time to get to the gym more, and find a happy balance in my diet.
What book(s) would you like to read by the end of 2022?
I have new books by Ant Middleton and Jason Fox that I am keen to read as part of ‘75 hard programme’.
In what way(s) would you be willing to bring more enjoyment into your life?
Joining a new team and a new challenge and using the benefits from this- be they financial or time to spend time with my children and buy a house for us.
How will you get the information you need to advance in your career?
Speak to my supervisors and/or colleagues.
How would you like to bring more joy into your work or education?
By learning new skills and making a difference to a new team and career.
What have you been procrastinating on that you would like to complete?
Definitely my diet and work/home life balance.
Do you plan to add 15 minutes of joy to each day? If yes, how will you do this?
Take a break outside.
