Role Overview:

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will contribute to the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of clinical pharmacy services. The role includes medicines optimisation, reviewing prescriptions, liaising with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting patient outcomes.

Essential Criteria:

• GPhC registered Pharmacist
• Previous experience in a UK-based clinical setting
• Must hold Right to Work in the UK – sponsorship not available
• ACT certification is a strong advantage
• Must be available for locum (temporary) assignments
