Our international healthcare recruitment solutions cater to both the public and private sectors where we offer fixed term contract and permanent positions.

We have been sourcing the best talent in the market since 2003 which has earned us our respected reputation. Our international workforce is predominantly, but not limited to, Band 5 Registered Nurses, Mental Health Nurses, Paediatric/ Children’s Nurses, and Carers.

Virtual Interview Process

Cromwell Medical Staffing has the expertise and experience to help combat an increasing level of nursing shortages and to reduce outstanding vacancies and dramatically reduce the agency spend.

There are two processes of recruitment campaigns. The first being a recruitment week in the source country – India or South Africa. The second being skype interview days organised by CMS and conducted by the Trust.

We have worked in international recruitment including AHP over the last 10 years and have the knowledge and experience to know what you are looking for in terms of candidates’ skills & ability.

In the UK, recruitment from overseas is governed by the UK Code of Practice for international recruitment. The aim of the Code of Practice is to promote high standards of practice in international recruitment and employment of healthcare professionals and we only recruit based on this ethical practice.

  • On arrival to the UK the candidates will be greeted by a CMS team member who will welcome the nurses before delivering them to their new home and career.

Our Clients

We currently work with a variety of trusts across the UK including Royal Brompton & Harefield, Medway, Wye Valley, St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals and Portsmouth University Hospitals.

Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Trust and CMS have an on-going contract to provide the Trust with cardiac, PICU, NICU, CTVS, HDU and ICU International nurses.

Since November 2017 we have successfully delivered 74 nurses to Medway NHS Foundation Trust as part of an on-going contract to provide the Trust with various specialities nurses.

Birmingham Women’s & Children’s Hospital and CMS are also working together on a mental health recruitment campaign for 50 MH nurses and 10 Consultant grade doctors.
