Our Recruitment Process

Cromwell Medical Staffing has the expertise and experience to help combat an increasing level of nursing shortages and to reduce outstanding vacancies and dramatically reduce the agency spend.

There are two processes of recruitment campaigns. The first being a recruitment week in the source country – India or South Africa. The second being skype interview days organised by CMS and conducted by the Trust.

How we achieve this

We mobilise an experienced project delivery team who will collaborate with you to understand how we can effectively support you to build and supply a pipeline of international nurses.

We have a flexible approach to recruitment; this allows us to adapt our marketing and recruitment models to ensure we are attracting the best nurses to work for you.

We have a global delivery team in the UK, India and South Africa meaning we can source candidates direct, host in country recruitment events and complete compliance processes in person quickly and efficiently.

We have worked in international recruitment including AHP over the last 10 years and have the knowledge and experience to know what you are looking for in terms of candidates’ skills & ability.

In the UK, recruitment from overseas is governed by the UK Code of Practice for international recruitment. The aim of the Code of Practice is to promote high standards of practice in international recruitment and employment of healthcare professionals and we only recruit based on this ethical practice.
